HELPFUL HINTS

  • If you’re using lube, make sure it doesn’t contain spermicide. More information about fertility friendly lube can be found here, and our recommendation is Pre-Seed. 

OLD WIVES TALES

  • Missionary position is the only position for conception. While there’s not one position that is scientifically best for getting pregnant, gravity can be your friend.

  • You can still pee after sex - it won’t decrease your chance of getting pregnant. But not peeing after sex can increase your chance of a urinary tract infection.
